Enterprise Account Executive - SaaS FinTech (Southern Europe Hunter) - EMEA¡Inscríbase sin demora! Se espera un gran volumen de solicitantes para el puesto que se detalla a continuación, no espere para enviar su CV.A high-growth fintech is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive complex, high-value SaaS sales into Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks and financial institutions across Southern Europe. This is a senior, quota-carrying role suited to a consultative seller who understands long enterprise sales cycles, thrives in high-growth environments, and has an established network within the banking sector across Spain, France and Italy. We are particularly interested in candidates who have developed trusted relationships within major European banking groups and can demonstrate access to senior stakeholders across Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutions.Key Responsibilities:Own the full end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through negotiation and close, targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks across Southern Europe.Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on Spain, France and Italy, with responsibility for acquiring new logos and expanding strategic relationships.Leverage an established network within the banking sector to access senior decision-makers and accelerate new business opportunities.Build relationships with key stakeholders including: Group CIOs and CTOs, Heads of Digital Transformation, Heads of Payments, Heads of Lending, Chief Operating Officers, Heads of Operations, Chief Digital Officers, Innovation and Transformation Leaders, Procurement and Vendor Management teamsLead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving compliance, legal, procurement, product, operations and executive sponsors.Manage proof-of-concepts, pilots and commercial negotiations through to successful contract execution.Partner closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market initiatives and maximise conversion opportunities.Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, providing accurate forecasting and regular reporting to senior leadership.Act as a trusted advisor to banking clients, bringing market intelligence and customer feedback into product and commercial strategy.Key Skills & Experience:7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including significant experience within FinTech or Banking Technology.Proven track record selling enterprise software solutions into Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks across Europe.Demonstrated success securing meetings and winning business with large banking groups through existing relationships and network-driven sales.Strong network of senior banking decision-makers across Spain, France and Italy.Existing relationships with stakeholders across business, operations and technology functions within major banking organisations.Experience navigating complex banking procurement, compliance and governance processes.Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding enterprise sales quotas.Strong understanding of the banking technology ecosystem, including digital banking, payments, lending, core banking, risk, compliance and financial infrastructure solutions.Ability to operate autonomously within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.Exceptional communication, negotiation and executive-level presentation skills.Fluent English is required.Fluency in Spanish and French is strongly preferred. xkdbapo Additional European languages, particularly Italian, would be advantageous.Enterprise SaaS Sales FinTech Tier 1 Banks Tier 2 Banks Banking Technology Southern Europe Spain France Italy Enterprise Accounts Hunter New Logo Acquisition Strategic Sales Digital Banking Core Banking Payments Lending Technology Financial Infrastructure Complex Sales Cycles C-Level Relationships Banking Network Executive Stakeholder Management EMEA Quota Carrying Forecasting Business Development French Speaker Spanish Speaker Banking Transformation Enterprise Software Sales
