As Team Leader, you will drive frontline sales execution to hit revenue targets and conversion goals, coaching a mixed team of SDRs, AEs, and AMs. You’ll safeguard pipeline discipline, activity levels, and performance across SMB EMEA Direct and Agency segments. The role emphasizes forecasting input, performance analytics, and operational process adherence to fuel business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, elevate coaching, and sustain high performance.
