We are seeking a Sportsbook Engineering Manager to lead the development and scalability of our real‑time Sportsbook platform. You will manage cross‑functional engineering teams, drive system architecture, and ensure world‑class performance during major sporting events. Responsibilities Lead and mentor engineering teams across Sportsbook services (odds/trading engines, risk tools, data pipelines, platform, frontend components) Full ownership of the technical setup Manage team leads and senior engineers Own hiring, onboarding, growth, and overall team performance Collaborate with Product, Trading, and other teams to align technical execution with business goals Guide architecture for high‑load, low‑latency Sportsbook systems and real‑time data processing Improve scalability, reliability, observability, and system performance Oversee CI/CD, production stability, and engineering best practices Ensure accurate and fast delivery of live odds, provider integrations, and bet settlement flows Support regulatory and compliance requirements across regions Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 8+ years in backend or full‑stack development 3+ years in engineering management or technical leadership Experience building or leading high‑load, distributed, or real‑time systems Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud, microservices, SQL/NoSQL, and message brokers Deep understanding of system design, event‑driven architecture, and scalable API design Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills Must Have Deep experience designing and building systems using the .NET stack (C#, .NET Core, microservices, tooling) Experience in Sportsbook, iGaming or trading systems. Extensive experience in leading, motivating, and developing large, cross‑functional teams.
