As an AI Platform Engineer at Ebury, you will help design and deliver the Agentic Data Plane to enable safe, scalable AI-enabled product development. You’ll collaborate with the Data Platform team and cross-functional domains to implement platform capabilities, governance, and observability. This role combines data platform engineering with security, data access controls, and governance to support responsible AI. You’ll work in a hybrid setup across Madrid or Malaga, contributing to a fast-growing fintech that values innovation and inclusion.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Design and deliver core components of the Agentic Data Plane (A2A communications, Agent Tool Registry, governed data access)• Build platform primitives for secure tool use coordination with centralized policy guardrails and audit logging• Provide end-to-end observability for agentic products (data dependencies, traces, evaluation signals, accountability)• Integrate ADP with Data Platform foundations (catalog, metadata, data warehouse, vector retrieval)• Collaborate with domain teams to onboard pilot agents and promote platform standards and runtime patterns• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies (LLMs, prompt safety, agent memory)Responsabilidades• Platform engineering experience building internal platforms used by other engineering teams• Strong software engineering fundamentals (API design, reliability, testing, operability)• Experience building secure systems (authentication/authorization, audit logs, least-privilege access, governance)• Hands-on experience operating production services on GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions) xcskxlj • Proficiency in Python for platform services, data transformation, tooling• Experience with agentic or LLM-based systems in production (evaluation, drift monitoring, prompt safety) is a strong plus• Familiarity with data governance concepts (lineage, traceability, access controls) and data platform ecosystems• Fluency in English (Spanish a plus)Requisitos principales• Competitive salary• Discretionary bonus based on performance• Continued personal development through training and certification• Open Source friendly culture
