ppHiring: EUC / Desktop Support Engineer (L1) | Onsite | Madrid, Spain | Full-Time B2B Freelance Contract /p pWe are currently hiring an EUC / Desktop Support Engineer (L1) for an onsite enterprise support role in Madrid, Spain. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands‑on experience in desktop support, end‑user computing, deskside troubleshooting, and enterprise IT environments. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide onsite desktop/deskside support for hardware, software, and network‑related issues /li liPerform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix activities /li liManage device lifecycle activities including imaging, deployment, configuration, patching, and upgrades /li liSupport Windows 10/11 environments and basic macOS troubleshooting /li liTroubleshoot Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, VPN, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices /li liWork with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and ServiceNow for device management and ticket handling /li liHandle Active Directory user administration and password management /li liDeliver VIP support and ensure timely issue resolution /li liMaintain endpoint security compliance and patch management /li liFollow ITIL processes for incident, service request, and problem management /li liProvide remote or on‑call support when critical issues arise outside business hours /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul li3–5 years of experience in Desktop Support, EUC Support, Deskside Support, or IT Support roles /li liStrong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting /li liExperience with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and ServiceNow /li liHands‑on experience with Active Directory and basic networking concepts /li liStrong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills /li liExperience supporting enterprise or corporate IT environments /li liAbility to work independently in an onsite support environment /li liWillingness to participate in 24/7 standby support rotation when required /li liFull‑time B2B freelance engagement /li liExposure to enterprise‑level IT infrastructure and technologies /li liAdditional standby allowance provided /li /ul pInterested candidates can connect directly or share their updated CV for consideration. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
