Establishing strong relationships with customer technical teams. /liliTo conduct feasibility studies of samples requested by the customer in line with their demands. To manage the sample preparation process that will produce products in accordance with the customer's technical specifications. /liliConducting quality tests included in the customer technical specifications and reporting the results to relevant stakeholders, planning remedial activities. /liliTo manage product complaints effectively, ensure coordination between relevant units and decide on the best way to resolve the problem. /liliInitiating and/or contributing to teamwork to identify and resolve root causes of recurring product quality complaints and quality problems. /liliTo follow up the delivery of Customer Orders at the promised level and quality, to contribute to teamwork to identify and solve the root causes of deviations. /liliTo provide analysis of his/her the region and feedback for the market, product portfolio. /li /ul
