Our Ecommerce Director will be based in Barcelona. What will be your responsibilities?ResponsibilitiesAs our Performance and Ecommerce Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing our global e-commerce and growth marketing strategy, driving growth and ensuring operational excellence. Also willead the strategic development of our digital sales channel, with a strong focus on web performance, user experience, and technological scalability. This role is critical to driving online growth, delivering an exceptional digital customer journey, and ensuring our ecommerce platform evolves in line with business and user needs.Your key responsibilities will include: Define and own the global e-commerce roadmap and P&L, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Lead the optimization of our e-commerce websites across Spain, Italy, France, and Germany. Improve user experience (UX/UI), conversion rate (CRO), and Average Order Value (AOV) through continuous testing and iteration. Oversee e-commerce operations, including product launches, promotions, CMS updates, and translations. Define and lead the digital and web product strategy, ensuring the ecommerce platform meets business objectives, user expectations, and technological requirements. Oversee the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ecommerce website, including CMS management, integrations, user experience optimization, mobile responsiveness, and site performance. Deliver a seamless and high-converting user experience, by driving enhancements across navigation, search, product discovery, checkout flow, and mobile usability. Manage and prioritize the product roadmap for the ecommerce platform, turning business and customer insights into actionable features and improvements.
