Responsibilities:Overview e-commerce sales strategy/operation and products propositions, as well as seasonal promotions; With the understanding of Xiaomi products and portfolio, update and maintain products to design marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations essential manoeuvre; Get all relevant stakeholders to involve end-to-end project management to ensure successful products launch or marketing campaigns; Strong sense of market competition and analyse SWOT of key products to fit the differentiation of proposition; Fully understand thelocal market trends, changes and consumer behaviour with deep diving of analysing user behaviour and campaign data that continuous optimise campaigns performance and enhance sales/operation strategy; Using online/offlineresource to increase mi.Com brand awareness and cultivate online shopping culture in local markets to generate new users; Conduct insightful reports and present meaningful data and suggestion to sales leaders, on topics of branding and operation when required.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; Strong understandingof e-commerce. 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing is preferred; Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills. Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment; Project management skills; Excellent communication skills; Mandarin is a must.
