We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in both Dutch and French to join our high-performing team on-site in Barcelona.In this role, you won’t just be answering phones; you will be the face (and voice) of a global brand, ensuring that our customers receive world-class support.The RoleAs a Dutch and French-speaking specialist, you will act as a vital bridge between the company and its European market. Your mission is to provide seamless, empathetic, and efficient solutions to a diverse customer base. This is an on-site position based in our modern Barcelona hub, where collaboration and team culture are at the heart of everything we do.Key ResponsibilitiesMultilingual Support: Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both Dutch and French, maintaining a high level of professionalism in both languages.Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve customer issues ranging from account management and billing to technical troubleshooting and service inquiries.Quality Excellence: Ensure every interaction meets our internal quality standards and contributes to high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure continuity and data integrity.Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and senior specialists to escalate complex cases and contribute to continuous process improvement.Brand Advocacy: Act as an ambassador for the brand, staying up-to-date on products, services, and company policies.What We Are Looking ForLanguage Proficiency: fluent or near-fluent fluency in Dutch and French (C1/C2 level) is mandatory.
