Experteer Overview As Domain Architect for Sites u0026amp; Services, you will act as the key liaison between SPG and the Sites organization, shaping enterprise architecture across Roche’s global site footprint. You’ll orchestrate a federated architecture network, drive governance, and translate business needs into adaptable roadmaps for smart buildings, real estate, and facility management. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure architecture coherence and real-world value, contributing to Roche’s mission to improve healthcare access.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead the global architecture network across regional sites and embedded architects
- Drive architecture governance by defining guardrails and non-functional requirements (IoT security, access control, data privacy)
- Translate business goals into multi-year technology roadmaps for Sites and related functions
- Steer delivery of high-impact initiatives like smart building deployments and connected workplace technologies
- Develop core domain deliverables (Facility Management capability maps, target-state architectures, reference blueprints) using ArchiMEDES toolchain
- Align portfolio investments with architectural insights, promote reuse, and minimize technical debt
- Evaluate emerging tech and vendor solutions (e.G., digital twins, IoT ecosystems) to meet operational needs
- Foster collaboration between SPG and Sites to balance enterprise coherence with local agilityResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Architecture, or related discipline
- Proven senior Domain or Enterprise Architect experience in complex, matrixed or federated environments
- Deep knowledge of Sites domain including real estate, facility management, physical security, or building management systems
- Strong capability modeling, target-state blueprinting, and roadmapping aligned with evolving business capabilities
- Fluency with IoT ecosystems, smart building platforms, cloud architectures, and connected workplace apps
- Ability to influence and lead federated teams without direct reporting lines
- Strong communication and strategic advisory skills with senior leadershipRequisitos principales
