As Domain AI & Intent Architect at Allianz Technology, you define and structure business intent for BMP product localisation and rollout, ensuring AI-ready, outcome-focused requirements. You bridge business stakeholders, domain experts, architects, and delivery teams to enable scalable, sustainable delivery in a complex enterprise. You influence how requirements are clarified, prioritised, and aligned with architectural standards for AI-assisted development.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Elicit and structure business requirements with domain experts and senior stakeholders• Translate business needs into functional requirements, business rules and acceptance criteria• Own and prioritise scope based on value, risk and feasibility• Identify and resolve ambiguities, conflicts and gaps early• Serve as main interface between business, architects and delivery teams for cross-party alignment• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and localisation decisions• Enable AI-enhanced delivery by producing well-structured intent for AI-assisted development• Review and validate delivery outputs from a business and intent perspectiveResponsabilidades• Strong background in Business Analysis in complex enterprise settings• Experience in insurance domains, preferably Retail and/or Claims• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and facilitate alignment• Strong prioritisation, analytical and critical-thinking xcskxlj skills• Solid understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and solution design• Hands-on experience with AZ Forge in delivery or rollout contexts• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) and understanding of how intent affects AI outputs• Strong English communication skillsRequisitos principales• hybrid work model• up to 25 days abroad• company bonus scheme• pension• employee shares program• employee discounts
