In this role, you will lead strategic partnerships with System Integrators (GSIs and RSIs) to drive GTM and delivery initiatives across EMEA. You’ll align with global field teams to pursue joint opportunities, recruit partners, and shape growth programs focused on the Vistex Margin Optimization Platform. You will influence both Vistex and SI strategy while delivering measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This position offers a chance to scale high-growth collaborations that directly impact revenue and strategic transformation.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Manage SI GTM and delivery operations• Develop geo-specific plans and opportunities with partner-enabled sales teams• Build executive alliances and SME relationships to plan and execute joint growth opportunities• Create and review joint account and partner sales plans with regular cadence and measurable outcomes• Drive pipeline, subscription revenue, and successful delivery with key SI partnerships• Collaborate with internal and SI stakeholders to enable effective teamwork and execution• Act as a senior contributor shaping Vistex and SI strategy and execution• Identify and escalate risks and issues as needed• Utilize internal systems/tools to track progress and communicate results• Deliver high-impact outcomes in a fast-moving environmentResponsabilidades• Masters degree• Fluency in German and English• Experience in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships within technology• Extensive xcskxlj experience working with System Integrators• Strong ability to package and productize use cases for market adoption and monetization of Vistex cloud solutions• Proven ability to collaborate across internal and external organizations at senior levels• Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills• Ownership, drive, grit, executive presence, strategic purpose, and urgency• High-growth mindset and continuous execution of a strategic framework• Travel up to 50%Requisitos principales•
