Marketing Team
Barcelona – Spain
Full‑Time Hybrid
What you will do
You will own the full marketing motion for Lighthouse’s independent hotels segment worldwide. This includes leading a small team of marketers, setting the channel strategy, and building the demand engine that converts independent hoteliers into Lighthouse customers across NAM, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
Where you will have impact
Own the indie marketing strategy: Build the global demand generation plan – channel mix, segmentation, content, budget allocation, and bottoms‑up pipeline targets – and adjust it monthly with data.
Run a high‑velocity demand engine: Drive lead generation across paid media, email, webinars, field events, content syndication, and partner programs.
Build, don’t brief: Use Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to create agents and automations that reduce manual work.
Performance management: Own program and channel‑level reporting; act on insights within the same week.
Lead management & sales alignment: Optimize lead scoring, routing, and nurturing; collaborate with sales leadership to keep clean handoffs.
Conversion optimization: Test and improve landing pages, forms, and lifecycle journeys; treat the website as a product.
Field & event marketing: Use events and partner moments to drive pipeline where independents gather.
Budget ownership: Manage the indie marketing budget; reallocate to what works and eliminate waste.
