About the Role
We are hiring a Director, AI Demand Planning & Commercial Integration to lead the translation of commercial pipeline signals into infrastructure-ready execution plans.
This role sits at the critical intersection of Sales, Finance, Product Engineering, and Supply Chain — ensuring that customer contracts, AI workload configurations, and revenue forecasts are converted into accurate, actionable demand plans.
You will own the global demand forecast across core infrastructure components and ensure alignment between commercial growth and infrastructure deployment capacity. This is a highly strategic and operational role that directly impacts capital allocation, GPU reservation strategy, and infrastructure scaling decisions.
What you'll be doing
Demand Forecast Ownership
Own the global demand forecast across:
GPU nodes
Networking fabric
Power and cooling equipment
Maintain a rolling 18–24 month demand forecast.
Model demand volatility, ramp curves, and burst scenarios across customer segments.
Commercial & Infrastructure Integration
Translate commercial pipeline, customer contracts, and AI cluster configurations into BOM-level demand signals.
Integrate revenue forecasts with infrastructure capacity planning to ensure deployment readiness.
Align demand planning outputs with supply chain procurement and build strategies.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead monthly demand reviews with commercial leadership.
Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Product Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure forecast alignment.
Surface risks and trade-offs related to infrastructure lead times, capital allocation, and GPU availability.
Support capital planning processes through data-driven infrastructure forecasts.
Contribute to GPU reservation and long-lead component strategy.
Ensure deployment timing aligns with contractual and revenue commitments.

About You
8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain strategy, commercial operations, or infrastructure capacity planning.
Experience operating in high-growth technology or infrastructure-heavy environments (AI, cloud, hardware, or similar preferred).
Strong understanding of infrastructure components including compute, networking, racks, and power systems.
Proven ability to translate commercial signals into operational and financial plans.
Strong financial acumen with experience integrating revenue forecasts into capacity and capital planning.
Advanced analytical skills with experience modeling demand volatility and scenario planning.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills and executive communication capability.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity while building scalable planning frameworks from the ground up.
