The hotel is divided into eleven low‑rise structures ensuring that visitors experience a truly exceptional and natural environment.About the Role:An opportunity has arisen for a Director position to join our Engineering Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:Closely supervise all engineering personnelDeveloping and implementing a comprehensive preventative maintenance programme for hotel’s equipment ensuring keeping of proper recordsCo‑ordinating and, if requested, supervising projects and outside contractorsAssuming responsibility for the cost‑effective operation of the departmentAssisting in the preparation of the annual revised budget with the financial controller and managementEstablishing an efficient system for the control and verification of all deliveries to the premises pertaining to the department’s operationComplying with local legislation and acting in accordance with any union agreement relating to the maintenance departmentAbout you:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in hotel engineering operations and 5+ years in civil works and MEP systems (mechanical, electrical and plumbing).Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Hands‑on and solution‑oriented mindset, with solid knowledge of maintenance operations, preventive maintenance programs and building systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams, manage conflicts and collaborate across departments.Fluent in Spanish and English,About the Benefits:Besides generous F&B benefits and reduced hotel rates across our hotels globally, this role has excellent employee benefits making the role attractive to high performers and any applicant who like to associate her/himself with one of the most luxurious brand in the hospitality industry.
