We are open to hiring the right candidate in any location within Europe where we can support employment.What You Will DoIn this role, you will champion digital adoption across customer segments, especially low‑touch tiers. You will design strategies that help customers move from manual interactions to digital tools, craft personalized journeys, and continually optimize our digital channels for better performance.Scale Digital Ordering SolutionsIncrease customer adoption of E‑shop, EDI, punchout, OCR, and other digital ordering options.Improve usability and ordering flows to ensure a seamless experience.Collaborate with IT/ERP teams on mappings, testing, and go‑lives.Develop onboarding materials and provide hypercare support during implementations.Accelerate Manual‑to‑Digital MigrationIdentify barriers that prevent customers from switching to digital channels.Create tailored strategies to convert manual orders to digital ones.Partner with Sales and Customer Service to align messaging and incentives.Adapt approaches to the needs of low‑touch distributor segments.Enhance Engagement & PersonalizationBuild onboarding, education, reorder, and win‑back journeys that boost usage.Connect content and messaging across CRM, Marketing Automation, Catalog, chatbot, and portals.Test and refine offers, content, and journeys to improve engagement and conversion.Measure Impact & Optimize PerformanceTrack key KPIs, including digital order share, reductions in manual orders, and number of active integrations.Use BI tools to analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities.Continuously refine strategies based on insights.What You Need to SucceedStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.Understanding of digital commerce platforms such as E‑shop, EDI, and punchout.Ability to work with data to track performance and guide decision‑making.Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals, digital integrations, or agile methodologies.Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI.Experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization.Experience & EducationExperience within B2B or distributor‑focused business models.Participation in cross‑functional projects involving IT and commercial teams.Experience in digital transformation initiatives.Background in process management or workflow optimization.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field.Coursework or training in eCommerce or digitalization of business processes is a plus.Why Join Us?Be a key driver of Dormer Pramet’s global digital growth ambitions.Influence how customers adopt and experience digital solutions.Work at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and commercial strategy.Enjoy opportunities to innovate, create measurable impact, and expand your digital expertise. xcskxlj If you're excited about shaping customer engagement and driving digital adoption, we’d love to hear from you!Apply today and help lead the future of Dormer Pramet’s digital growth journey!#J-18808-Ljbffr
