Christensen Estates – Málaga | Costa del Sol Christensen Estates is an international real estate agency based in Málaga, operating across the Costa del Sol. We work with an international client base, offering high-quality residential properties and new developments. We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Sales Coordinator to manage our online presence, coordinate property marketing, and support our sales team with listings, campaigns, and sales documentation. This is a coordination and marketing-focused role, not a sales agent position. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Málaga city Salary: 22.000€ - 24.000€ gross/year Start Date: February-March 2026 Language Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) – mandatory Knowledge of Danish or other Scandinavian languages is a strong plus Systems Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace CRM systems and real estate portals (Resales Online or similar) Social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Basic digital marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite Ability to work with short-form video content (Reels, Stories, basic video editing) is a must Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Online Presence Manage and grow the agency’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Plan and publish content: posts, stories, reels, short videos, property highlights Create basic digital marketing materials (videos, reels, visuals, captions) Coordinate property launches, exclusives, and online campaigns Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels Support visibility of listings, agents, and company positioning online Property Marketing & Sales Coordination Prepare and publish property listings on CRM systems and real estate portals Maintain accurate property information, pricing, and availability Prepare listing descriptions, brochures, and marketing texts Coordinate the company’s newsletter and email campaigns Assist agents with home staging coordination for exclusive properties Contracts & Partner Coordination (Secondary Focus) Coordinate sales documentation (reservations, private purchase contracts, commissions) Collect and organise buyer and seller documentation for notary appointments Liaise with lawyers, architects, notaries, and business partners when required Act as coordination point between agents, clients, and external professionals Skills & Profile Strong interest in digital marketing and social media Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Clear and professional communication in English and Spanish Comfortable working independently while supporting a sales team Experience in real estate, marketing coordination, or digital content creation is highly valued How to Apply Please send your CV and covering letter (in English).
