La posición de Transaction Project Manager es una oportunidad de 6meses en un segundo puesto interno dentro del equipo PMO de Project Vega en Ferrovial Digital Infrastructure.We are seeking a motivated Transaction Project Manager, strongly integrated into a fast‑paced, confidential transaction environment. The candidate will have solid experience in M&A transaction processes, corporate development, project finance, and/or bid and tendering management, ideally acquired within Ferrovial or a similar infrastructure concession environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTransaction Documentation Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain all transaction‑related documentation, including information memoranda, management presentations, Q&A logs, due diligence trackers, and Board/investment committee materials. Ensure proper version control, naming conventions, and document governance throughout the transaction lifecycle while supporting the preparation of investment proposals, approval papers, and other governance documents for internal and external audiences. Coordinate the timely collection and consolidation of inputs from multiple internal departments and advisors.Advisor & Team Coordination: Act as the day‑to‑day coordination point between the Transaction PMO and external advisors (financial, legal, technical, tax, and other specialists). Schedule and facilitate working group meetings and calls; prepare agendas, distribute materials, and track action items and follow‑ups. Ensure alignment and timely delivery of advisor outputs against transaction milestones and decision gates, coordinating across internal functions including Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Operations.Programme & Activity Control: Develop and maintain a detailed, integrated transaction programme covering all workstreams, milestones, and critical path activities. Monitor progress against the transaction timeline, proactively identify delays or blockers, and elevate risks to the Transaction PMO. Maintain a live issues and actions log, ensuring accountability and visibility across the transaction team. Prepare regular status updates, transaction dashboards, and programme reports for senior management.Budget Management & Cost Control: Track and monitor all transaction‑related costs, including advisor fees, external expenses, and internal resource allocation. Prepare budget forecasts, variance analyses, and periodic cost reports for the Transaction PMO and senior management. Review and process fee proposals, engagement letters, and invoices in coordination with the Finance function while supporting compliance with internal budget approval and expenditure governance procedures.Virtual Data Room (VDR) Management: Set up, structure, and maintain the Virtual Data Room, ensuring proper organization, indexing, and access controls. Coordinate the uploading, categorization, and version management of all documents within the VDR. Manage the Q&A process, tracking incoming requests from counterparties and ensuring timely and accurate responses from the relevant internal teams or advisors, maintaining an audit trail of all VDR activity and ensuring compliance with confidentiality and information protocols.Reporting & Investment Proposals: Prepare investment committee materials, including investment proposals, financial summaries, risk assessments, and deal rationale presentations. Produce regular management updates and progress reports on the transaction status, key milestones, and outstanding workstreams.
