Base Salary
€70,000 - €80,000 depending on experience

ToJupiter is an end‑to‑end demand generation partner, embedded inside B2B SaaS startups and scaleups to help them build sustainable, revenue‑driven growth engines. After an extremely successful year and a core team of four, we’re making our second Demand Generation Lead hire.
We work hands‑on with Seed–Series B startups, acting as an extension of their team, owning strategy, execution, and commercial outcomes. We believe this is the only way to bridge strategy and execution as well as drive significant impact on lead budgets.
Role summary
As a Demand Generation Lead at ToJupiter, you will lead 2–3 B2B SaaS client accounts. You’ll operate like a fractional Head of Demand / Growth with limited hours, embedded in each startup, with support from ToJupiter’s wider team across performance marketing, GTM, and RevOps. This is a hands‑on, individual‑contributor role, not an account manager position. You will think strategically, execute fast, and be accountable for commercial results.

What You’ll Do
You will:
Own 2–3 client accounts end‑to‑end, acting as the demand generation lead and main strategic owner.
Define and execute demand generation strategies aligned to pipeline and revenue targets.
Translate strategy into execution across:
Paid media (primarily LinkedIn Ads).
Webinars.
Growth hacking (tactics like leveraging pop‑ups, Reddit for GEO, etc.).
Lifecycle and CRM (HubSpot workflows, email, attribution).
Conversion‑focused copy (ads, landing pages, emails).Prioritise ruthlessly, deciding what will drive the biggest commercial impact.
Work closely with
Leonardo (Co‑Founder & Demand Generation Lead) on strategy, experimentation, and outcomes.
Segev (Co‑Founder & Growth/Ops Lead) on commercial alignment, execution and automation processes.
Another Performance Marketing/Demand Gen Lead who supports paid & demand gen execution.
Own reporting, insights, and recommendations, clearly communicating what’s working, what’s not, and why.
Own weekly/monthly client comms over Slack and Google Meets.
Be accountable for results, not just activity.
Requirements
You’ve scaled Seed–Series B SaaS (4 years xp minimum) as a full‑stack marketer, either working for an agency or brand.
You can create ad campaigns, emails and landing pages end to end – including high‑converting copy (e.g. strong hook / AIDA framework), basic design and work within the CMS.
Good understanding of how paid media supports B2B SaaS startups scale growth through LinkedIn ads / ABM.
You’re fluent in HubSpot and have used it to set up and execute reports, build dashboards, set up workflows and campaigns.
You’re commercially driven, and you are able to discuss strategy with clients and how your work fits their overall GTM. You are opinionated and can push back on things that don’t align with your beliefs.
The ideal candidate
You’ve owned end‑to‑end marketing in a startup before and have a good working knowledge of leveraging AI to be more efficient.
You’re a problem‑solver who begins with a clear “Why.”
You’ve done webinar marketing or run growth experiments outside of paid.
Interview Process
Conversation with Leonardo & Segev – we’ll chat about Marketing, Games (if you play) and things you’re passionate about, role specifics and any questions you might have.
Conversation with Kristiana (Performance Marketing Lead) and Madalin (Demand Gen Lead).
Task: up to 25 min Presentation + 30 min questions.
Offer – we move quickly and aim to have the process wrapped up in 1–2 weeks.
