We are leaders in digital technology services and provide large-scale technological solutions to major companies. /ppbr/ppbWhat are we looking for? /b /ppWe are looking for a Data Strategy Lead (Financial Crime) to collaborate with one of our key clients, a leading company in the Banking sector. /ppbr/ppbCV language: /b English /ppbWorking hours: /b Standard office hours /ppbClient: /b Banking /ppbLocation: /b 100% remote (Spain) /ppbDuration: /b Permanent /ppbEnglish level: /b C1 /ppbInterview language: /b English /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities: /b /pulliDefine and own the Financial Crime data strategy for the TSB migration, including Transaction Screening (TS), Transaction Monitoring (TM), Name Screening (NS), KYC / PKYC / CRA, Alerts, cases, SARs, blocks, and regulatory data. /liliEstablish data principles, guardrails, and decision frameworks aligned with PDP / Sparrow governance. /liliMigration and Control Continuity Define and govern the Financial Crime data migration approach, including source-to-target data mapping, data transformation, enrichment, and distribution to the client’s Financial Crime data stores. /liliData validation, reconciliation, and migration certification. /liliEnsure no degradation of Financial Crime controls during migration, coexistence, or cutover. /liliOwn the historical data migration strategy where required for investigations, TM model training, and regulatory obligations. /liliWork closely with Enterprise and Solution Architecture to align the data strategy with: target Financial Crime platforms, enterprise integration patterns, data standards. /li /ulpbr/ppbMinimum Requirements: /b /pulliProven experience as a Data Strategy Lead or Data Migration Lead. /liliStrong knowledge of the Financial Crime domain. /liliExperience leading large-scale data migrations in regulated financial services environments. /liliAbility to interact credibly with Architecture, Engineering, and senior business stakeholders. /liliStrong understanding of regulatory, audit, and control requirements for Financial Crime data. /li /ulpbr/ppbWe’re grateful for your interest in joining us /b.
