Role Overview
The Data Science & AI Graduate at PepsiCo’s Vittoria – Digital Hub, Spain provides recent graduates with the opportunity to work on live DA & AI projects across diverse verticals, including data science & AI and machine learning. This role is designed to give students real‑world exposure to cutting‑edge technologies, helping them develop critical skills and laying the foundation for future careers at PepsiCo.
Responsibilities
Work on real‑time projects under the guidance of mentors.
Support design, development, and testing of technology solutions.
Assist in analyzing requirements and documenting solutions.
Collaborate with global teams on project modules.
Research and develop statistical and machine learning models.
Implement algorithms in Python and perform experiments to validate that the models are fit for purpose.
Build scalable data science pipelines.

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
A Bachelor or Master degree in STEM (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or other related majors may be considered).
Technology‑related experience a plus.
Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
Ability to adapt to changes in timelines and sequences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications – Each candidate is expected to:
Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree prior to the intended full‑time start date.
Have the right to work in Spain.
