ph3Privacy Expert /h3pbLocation: /b Spain /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAct as a privacy advisor for global and local business projects and services. /liliConduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and risk evaluations, and propose mitigation measures. /liliAdvise on and regulate international data transfers, including SCCs, BCRs, TIAs, and similar mechanisms. /liliAssess and approve suppliers from a privacy and data protection perspective. /liliContribute to the harmonization of privacy practices globally within the company. /liliCollaborate and coordinate with other areas of the Privacy Center of Excellence. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliSeveral years of experience in data protection, privacy, compliance, or related advisory/consulting roles, ideally in multinational contexts. /liliStrong expertise in privacy laws and regulations (GDPR, UK GDPR, LOPDGDD, LGPD, CCPA, etc.). /liliFamiliarity with risk assessment methodologies and privacy-by-design principles. /liliUnderstanding of international privacy frameworks and standards (euro Privacy, ISO 27701, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.). /liliKnowledge of information security practices and their intersection with privacy. /liliStrong computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with privacy management tools (e.g., One Trust). /liliBasic understanding of IT architecture, cloud environments, and development processes. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across different cultures and regions. /liliAbility to work in multidisciplinary and international teams. /liliStrategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to operational tasks. /liliProactive, detail-oriented, and business-oriented mindset. /liliFull professional proficiency in English (other languages are a plus). /liliPrivacy certifications such as IAPP (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT), ISACA CDPSE, or recognized local certifications. /liliSecurity certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CISA, CISM, CISSP, etc. /liliMaster's degree in Privacy Law, Data Protection, or related fields; Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Law, or equivalent. /li /ulpNTT DATA is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
