On behalf of our global client, we’re currently looking for a SAP S/4HANA Data Migration LeadStart Date: 1 September 2026End Date: 31 May 2027Working Model: Remote work with occasional onsite in BarcelonaRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to lead the planning and execution of data migration activities within a major S/4HANA transformation programme.The successful candidate will act as a Data Migration SME, coordinating offshore teams, defining migration strategies and controls, managing risks and ensuring high-quality, accurate and complete data migration into the target SAP environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end data migration activities for an S/4HANA transformation.Develop and implement data migration strategies aligned with programme objectives.Provide expert-level knowledge of SAP BO Data Services (BODS).Work with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and related migration tools.Lead and coordinate offshore migration teams.Resolve complex data migration and technical issues.Manage migration risks, controls and data quality.Work closely with business and technical stakeholders.Provide technical guidance and support to the wider migration team.Identify opportunities to improve migration efficiency, accuracy and reliability.7+ years of SAP/data migration experienceExperience leading offshore teamsStrong stakeholder management and problem-solving skillsSpanish-based candidate- ideally near BCN /Cataluna but not necessaryAdvanced SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit experiencePrevious experience on large-scale SAP transformation programmes
