Experteer Overview As Analytics Manager, you lead a team of analysts delivering high-impact insights for Dow Jones B2C initiatives. You will shape team priorities, mentor talent, and ensure high-quality analytics that inform Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data partners. You’ll promote AI-enabled analytics and foster clear decision-ready outputs in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. - 6+ years in data analytics, business analytics, or data science with experience managing or developing analysts
- Proven track record leading teams, setting priorities, and delivering across multiple high-impact workstreams
- Strong people management skills and experience giving feedback and supporting growth
- Experience applying analytics to digital subscription products, lifecycle measurement, engagement analysis, and high-traffic digital experiences
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong knowledge of Python or R for large-scale data analysis
- Expertise in data visualization/BI tools such as Tableau or Looker and ability to communicate findings to varied audiences
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to influence outcomes
- Experience using AI tools (e.G., Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI) to boost productivity a plus
- BS in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experienceRequisitos principales
