In this role, you will be part of an international organization while working closely with our Iberian market and feed production plants, playing a key role in ensuring efficient and reliable supply to our customers.What You Will DoBuild reliable demand forecasts combining data analysis, trends and business inputsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations) to align on demand plansIntegrate market insights such as seasonality, promotions, product launches or customer trends into the forecastMonitor and improve performance through KPIs such as forecast accuracy and biasLead the monthly demand planning process, facilitating alignment and driving consensus across stakeholdersSupport efficient operations by ensuring the right balance between demand, production and stock levels for our feed plants in IberiaIdentify risks and opportunities, contributing to better business decisionsDrive continuous improvement, proposing new tools, methods and ways of workingParticipate in projects aimed at enhancing forecasting capabilities and processesWho We’re Looking ForDegree in Statistics, Mathematics or other relevant fields related to data analysisExperience in data analysis in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain or other business functionsBasic to intermediate level of EnglishAbility to translate data insights into clear, understandable messages for different stakeholdersStrong skills in Power BI, Excel and other data analysis toolsAnalytical mindset, attention to detail and curiosity to understand business dynamicsProactive attitude and strong problem‑solving skillsAbility to collaborate and communicate effectively with different teamsWhat You’ll ReceiveA competitive salary package26 vacation days + flexibilityOpportunities for further learning and professional development within Nutreco and the broader SHV groupA flexible work environment with the option to work from home 2 days per weekThe support to thrive within our inclusive, international culture and dynamic environment
