Customer Success – Spanish Portfolio Las Rozas (On-site) About Simplifae Simplifae is a European leader in e Procurement and market intelligence, bringing together multiple platforms across Iberia and Poland.Descubra más sobre las tareas diarias, las responsabilidades generales y la experiencia requerida para esta oportunidad desplazándose hacia abajo ahora.With AI-powered technology and deep market expertise, Simplifae enables organizations to make smarter, data-driven decisions.Position Overview As a Customer Success Manager (Spanish Portfolio), you will manage and grow relationships with Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring high retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue expansion.You will combine customer success and commercial acumen, acting as a strategic partner to clients while identifying opportunities to increase adoption and generate additional value.Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of Spanish clients, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction.Drive renewals and retention, proactively identifying at-risk accounts.Deliver consultative support, helping clients maximize value from Simplifae solutions.Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Manage commercial processes, including proposals and contract updates.Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems.Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and market trends to inform strategy.Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product adoption and customer outcomes.Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients.Education & Experience Up to 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics 365, or similar).Background in Saa S, B2 B services, or digital platforms preferred.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).Skills & Competencies Strong communication and relationship management skills.Commercial mindset with proven upselling/cross-selling ability.Analytical and data-driven approach.Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.Problem-solving and adaptability.Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory).Portuguese is a plus.Why This Role Matters This role is key to: Expanding Simplifae's presence in the Spanish market; Driving customer lifetime value and revenue growth; Ensuring consistent and high-quality customer experience; Supporting strategic growth across international portfolios. xcskxlj What We Offer International exposure across Iberian markets; Opportunity to work in a fast-growing tech environment; Strong career development path; Competitive salary and benefits.
