ppWorking closely with REVLON HQ in Barcelona, we are looking for a Customer Service UK Market professional based in Barcelona. /ppThis position is responsible for executing the Order‑to‑Delivery process, supporting the sales department and serving as the first point of contact for customers to deliver service level performance. /ppCustomer services must follow the operational KPIs daily, analyze inefficiencies, and implement actions to improve service excellence. /ph3Essential Responsibilities /h3ulliManage customer service activities to ensure excellent service. /liliWork closely with Supply Planning, Distribution and Finance to achieve objectives and plans. /liliSupport Sales Marketing to achieve sales plans, keep information up to date to share and validate. /liliCoordinate databases (Customer material master etc.) to ensure correctness and avoid complaints, returns, and credits due to wrong data. /liliSupport customer requests, act as a central contact for any question. /liliParticipate xugodme and engage in continuous improvement efforts to drive order process quality and efficiency. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree preferably in business or supply chain management. /lili2-4 years' experience in B2B FMCG or Cosmetic industry. /liliCustomer service knowledge. /liliSkills in Microsoft Office, JDE or SAP knowledge. /liliFluent in English language (C1). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
