What You Will Do In This Role Answer customer inquiries via email and telephone in an efficient, professional and friendly manner. Make customers feel safe and welcome when they contact us. Follow the guidelines and processes set up by the bank. Your Qualifications Proficient level of Finnish and advanced level of English. Positive mindset that helps deliver the best customer service experience. Previous experience in customer service. Good communication, written and listening skills. It Would Be a Plus If Previous experience in invoicing, banking or collection industry (training will be provided). Benefits Full‑time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:00, Friday 09:00–16:00.
