What you’ll do Support customers with mobile and home services (SIM, internet, TV setup). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Identify opportunities for cross- and upselling. What we offer you: Salary: €1,718.70 – €2,094.66 gross per month Bonus: Up to 15% of your monthly salary Working hours: Flexible contracts (32, 34, 36 or 39 hours per week) Contract: Permanent position with a 2-month probation period Training: 2-week onboarding program where you’ll gain all the skills you need Hybrid working model: First 3 months fully office-based; afterwards, partial remote work is possible (subject to team leader approval) Work environment: A vibrant and social workplace in our Alicante office.
