The main function of the job is to be the first point of contact with our patients, communicating with them in an agile and effective way.Responds accurately and promptly to callers' inquiries, ensuring that callers feel supported and valued.Utilizes software, databases, call scripts, and tools appropriately.Understands and strives to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service.A WEEK: Monday,Tuesday,Friday from 23:00h to 7:00h.B WEEK: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday 23:00h to 7:00h
1-2 years' experience in a professional office and/or call center environment preferred.~ Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice.~ Fluent in English, in both written and verbal form. xiphteb ~ Clear, effective communication with strong interpersonal skills~ Available to work every second weekend as necessary
