This position is located in Terrassa (Barcelona) and offers 3 days of remote work per week after the initial training. /ppAs a Customer Service Specialist, you will be focused on handling customers' purchasing orders and developing strong relationships with the assigned accounts, to support the sales team to increase market growth within the Export region. /ph3Role Responsibilities /h3ulliProcess, monitor, and follow-up customers' purchasing orders /liliEnsure effective service and administrative support for our customers /liliProvide delivery commitment to customers and follow-up on order activity, to alert customers and sales team in case of discrepancies /liliManage invoice creation, corrections, and the return of the material activities /liliReceive and process customers inquiries on standard pricing, lead‑time, products, and availability, through an efficient and friendly communication with customers, to maintain excellent customer relationships /liliCoordinate internally with other departments, such as sales, logistics, finance, and production, to keep all aware of customers activities /li /ulh3Relevant Experience and Skills /h3ulliMinimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics /liliWorking knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook /liliKnowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms and CRM are an asset /liliFluent English and Italian is a must /liliFlexibility, ability to multitask, to manage time and to adapt to changes /liliPro‑active attitude, ability to take decisions when necessary, and to be a time player /li /ulh3Job Offer /h3ulliTemporary contract of 6 months (to cover a maternity leave) /liliAdaptable work schedule (7.30 - 9.30 to 16.30 to 18.30) /liliTerrassa based, but a daily shuttle bus is provided from Plaza España (Barcelona city) to our office /liliHybrid working model (3 days of remote working per week) /liliInitial training in the office (1 month) /liliCompetitive salary monthly meal allowance /liliGreat atmosphere during office days, with free coffee and fruit /liliInternational work environment /li /ulpOur policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified persons without regard to race, gender, color, disability, national origin, age, religion, union affiliation, sexual orientation, veteran status, citizenship, gender identity and/or expression, or other status protected by law. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
