Our clients are highly informed, fast-moving, and expect immediate, knowledgeable responses. We need individuals who can operate at pace, think commercially, and deliver a high level of service from first contact through to property viewing coordination.What we're looking for:Proven experience in real estate and customer serviceAn understanding of the Costa del Sol property marketAbility to respond quickly and manage multiple clients simultaneouslyConfident, knowledgeable communication styleHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsCommercial awareness and ability to qualify clients properlyThe role:Handling inbound enquiries from international buyersQualifying clients and understanding their needs in depthBooking and coordinating viewings with the sales teamManaging follow-ups and maintaining consistent communication with the clientWorking closely with agents to convert leads into salesWhat we offer:Salary plus commission structureFlexible xcskxlj working hours (skill set is the priority)A client-rich environment with consistent inbound demandReal earning potential – current team members take home €2,000 to €5,000 net per month, every monthThis role suits someone who already understands real estate and wants to step into a high-performance, client-focused environment with strong earning potential.Location: Marbella / Costa del Sol~ Start: Immediate
