Our people are at the heart of this mission, and we are now looking for a Customer Service Asset Specialist to strengthen our team in Central Europe and the Benelux. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbTo strengthen our Customer Service-department within Tosca, we are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Customer Service Asset Specialist! /b /ppbr/ppbr/ppbPosition Purpose /b /ppAs the primary point of contact for our customers bacross the UK Ireland /b, we’re looking for a bCustomer Service Asset Specialist /b to join our team. /ppIn this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience — from onboarding and order‑to‑invoice coordination to reliable day‑to‑day support. /ppYou’ll collaborate closely with internal departments, helping to solve customer needs efficiently while contributing to continuous improvement and quality across our processes. /ppIt’s a role where you can truly make an impact, both for our customers and for the way we work! /ppbr/ppbFor this role, we expect the new colleague to work from either our office in Schelle (Belgium) OR our Madrid office OR our office in Milan. /b /ppbThe chosen location will depend on what is most practical for the candidate. /b /ppbr/ppbr/ppbYour responsibilities /b /ppCustomer Relationship Management Support /pulliAct as the primary point of contact for customers in UK Ireland, ensuring prompt and professional support. /liliManage the customer onboarding process, providing seamless and high-quality experience to build long-term relationships. /liliServe as the liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution. /liliSupport customers in reporting and resolving quality issues, working closely with the Quality Department until full resolution. /liliContribute to monthly customer review meetings, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. /li /ulpbr/ppOrder Asset Management /pulliEnsure a smooth and accurate order-to-invoice process, translating customer needs into operational workflows through constant coordination with relevant teams. /liliOversee and manage customer stock audits, including communication, finalization, and follow-up actions. /liliMonitor customer declarations and transactions, promptly addressing any discrepancies or concerns. /li /ulpbr/ppData Process Administration /pulliMaintain and update customer master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. /liliTrack and manage asset-related records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and aligned with operational requirements. /liliSupport process improvements to enhance efficiency in customer service, order management, and asset tracking /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbYour profile /b /pulliFor us, motivation and willingness to learn are more important than many years of customer service experience or another relevant field. /liliYou have excellent written and spoken English skills. Knowledge of Spanish or another language is considered a plus. /liliYou work accurately, know how to set priorities, and remain focused even under tight deadlines. /liliYou are resilient, independent, and well organized. /liliYou communicate professionally and constructively with customers and colleagues. /liliYou are familiar with the MS Office package.
