Summary
Responsible for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio of customer accounts. You own revenue protection strategy for your book of business, identify process improvements at scale, and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
Own diverse portfolio of accounts; set operational standards for your book, proactively manage account health, and drive revenue retention through operational excellence
Identify systemic operational patterns across portfolio; lead cross‑functional initiatives to resolve product issues and improve customer experience at scale
Develop and mentor Customer Operations Manager I team members; provide coaching on account management, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration
Analyze portfolio‑wide data to surface trends, predict churn risk, and recommend preventative strategies; track impact of interventions
Partner with product and sales teams to surface customer insights and shape product roadmap decisions based on customer needs and usage patterns
Establish operational best practices for your territory; design and implement improved processes that increase team efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
3-5 years of customer operations, account management, or customer success experience
Proven track record managing diverse, complex portfolio of accounts
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Looker, or equivalent tools; ability to independently pull and analyze data
Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members; comfortable providing feedback and developing others
Demonstrated ability to identify and drive process improvements; track record of implementing changes and measuring outcomes
Strategic thinker who sees connections across accounts and identifies patterns others miss
Excellent communication skills; able to influence cross‑functional teams and present insights to leadership
Total Rewards
Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.
Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market‑aligned conversion.
Final pay is based on objective, job‑related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
We don't ask about salary history. Offers are based on the role and what you bring to it.
