Viking is now looking for customer-focused employees for their offices in Torrevieja! We are searching for those who work well independently and are passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers. Our customers may find themselves in vulnerable situations and it is important to us that they receive the right assistance. As a customer consultant at Viking, you will work as part of a larger team that helps and supports each other when needed. As a customer consultant, your tasks will involve receiving and responding to phone inquiries from our customers who need roadside assistance. To accomplish this, you will work as a customer consultant in various systems to solve the challenges as effectively as possible. Additionally, you will assist our partners in the insurance and automotive industry with various questions related to roadside assistance. To succeed in this role, we would like you to possess the following skills: Experience in customer service would be an advantage Fluent in Norwegian, both spoken and written Proficient in English, both spoken and written Good knowledge of data/technology In terms of personal qualities, you are ideally someone who values good work ethics and has strong teamwork skills. You excel in communication and are comfortable working both individually and in a team, as well as being at ease with data and the phone as work tools. As a person, you are likely solution-oriented and approachable, both with customers and colleagues. It is an advantage if you are curious and eager to acquire new knowledge - our days are very dynamic, and we are constantly evolving.
