As a B2C IT Business Partner, you will report to the Digital IT Manager and act as a key liaison between IT and the business for several consumer-focused units. In collaboration with the Digital Hub, you will oversee digital products, platforms, and processes related to B2C environments, brand and corporate websites, direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) channels, and eCommerce initiatives.
You will be part of a Digital department focused on accelerating the organization’s overall digital transformation.
Oversee the evolution and enhancement of digital products linked to B2C, brand, and corporate online channels.
Manage digital solutions and platforms dedicated to direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) sales.
Administer and optimize commerce and content management platforms.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to continuously improve and deliver value through digital products.
Enhance IT platforms to support and increase retail sales.
Ensure a consistent and high‑quality consumer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Provide support for CRM‑related processes.
IT professional with at least 10 years of experience working in digital environments within international organizations.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Experience working within an eCommerce department, with a clear understanding of the end‑to‑end value chain from both a business and process standpoint.
Strong strategic mindset paired with business-oriented thinking.
