Design, execute, and continuously optimize CRM automation and personalization programs at Camper throughout the customer lifecycle, activating triggers and journeys aimed at maximizing conversion, last-click demand, and customer lifetime value (LTV) through relevant and timely communications. This is a hands-on role , focused on execution, experimentation, and continuous optimization of CRM automations, acting as a bridge between business, data, and technology. Responsibilities. Design, implement, and maintain CRM automation and personalization programs across Email, Web Push, Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and E-Wallet channels, ensuring omnichannel consistency. Execute triggers and lifecycle marketing journeys based on user behavior and lifecycle stage. Propose hypotheses and run experiments (A/B tests, personalization, timing, content) to improve the performance of active automations. Analyze the customer base to identify activation, retention, and growth opportunities, defining automated communications to maximize demand. Monitor automation performance and extract actionable insights using CRM data and Google Analytics. Prepare and share regular KPI reporting and test results with the CRM team. Manage campaign cadence and overlap with Email Marketing to avoid customer fatigue. Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Data, IT, eCommerce) and external providers to ensure correct technical execution. Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations (GDPR). Contribute actively to the improvement of the overall CRM strategy across the customer lifecycle, supporting new customer conversion and LTV growth. Design, develop, and execute email marketing templates and campaigns (HTML). Requirements. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or digital marketing roles. Hands-on experience with CRM/ESP tools (Emarsys preferred) and execution of SMS and WhatsApp campaigns. Knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation. Experience in performance analysis and reporting (Google Analytics or similar tools). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple automations simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams. Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset. Ability to collaborate with technical teams and external providers. Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
