We are looking for a Project Manager reporting to the Business System Transformation Manager within Finance. This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal and Finance functions. It is a unique opportunity to join a booming Software Business environment in a role that will directly impact business agility and success. Primary Responsibilities Own and drive end-to-end delivery of GTM technology projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption. Salesforce (SFDC) being a core component of our architecture, most projects will be impacting this platform. Implement AI agents for GTM. Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear functional requirements. Act as the primary interface between Business and development team, ensuring alignment, feasibility, and timely execution. Drive implementation and optimization within the Salesforce (SFDC) ecosystem, including process improvements, automations, and integrations. Deliver quick wins and incremental enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality. Manage timelines, dependencies, testing, and releases, ensuring proper delivery and user adoption. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business systems, computer science, information technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in a similar role. CRM SFDC experience is a must. Good command of Microsoft Office. Software industry experience is a plus. Fluent English is a must. Process & System minded. Curiosity to implement AI. Business savvy – Understand Business processes, challenges, and requirements. Sense of ownership, result driven, curiosity, hands-on, extra mile mindset.
