Experteer Overview
As Creative Strategist at Criteo, you will shape high-impact creative strategies for top accounts by turning data and market signals into actionable, full-funnel recommendations. You’ll partner with clients and internal teams, challenging the status quo to drive measurable outcomes. The role blends creativity, storytelling, and data-driven insight in a fast-evolving, international environment. You’ll contribute to strategic projects and new business conversations with a strong focus on ROI and business growth.

• Translate client context, performance data, and market signals into actionable creative recommendations across channels
• Connect creative ideas to business metrics (ROI, KPIs, client goals) ensuring impact

• Build and deliver client-facing materials (demos, mockups, decks, strategic presentations)
• Engage with clients and agencies to lead conversations, simplify complexity, and influence decisions

• Collaborate with Commercial, Creative, Product, and other internal teams to move projects forward
• Design and run creative experiments, define hypotheses, test formats, and act on results
• Stay ahead of cultural shifts, emerging formats, and consumer behaviours; use AI creatively as a differentiator
Responsabilidades
• Around 5 years of experience in digital advertising (agency, brand, media, or technology)
• Strong creative thinker and storyteller who connects ideas to business outcomes
• Solid understanding of digital advertising ecosystem (social, display, video, retail media, performance)
• Excellent communicator who builds trust across teams and clients
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
• Ability to combine creative instincts with data, analytics, testing, and performance signals
• Curiosity and adaptability; interest in AI and emerging technologies
• Nice to Have: German language skills; experience with large/complex accounts; familiarity with retail media or shoppable content
