Experteer Overview
Join JLL's Debt u0026amp; Structured Finance team in Europe as a senior analyst and help underwrite and execute financing advisory assignments for leading real estate clients. You will collaborate with senior analysts, associates and directors across diverse European jurisdictions, supporting origination, lender outreach, and transaction management. The role offers broad transaction exposure, a clear path to senior ranks, and mentorship-focused growth within a top real estate finance team. Your work will contribute to shaping financing solutions for high-profile real estate deals and recurring mandates.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Underwrite property sector and business plans across Europe with emphasis on Southern Europe
• Model unlevered and levered scenarios in Excel to align with business plans and financing structures
• Prepare financing memoranda (30–100 pages) with input from clients, analysts, and graphics team
• Support lender outreach, coordinate Qu0026A and track feedback
• Create quote matrices and analyse terms during loan execution
• Coordinate closing process, conditions precedent, and deadlines
• Assist in new mandate origination through RFP responses and pitch decks in PowerPoint
• Lead occasional research projects on sectors, locations or clients
