In this role you will support the corporate HSES systems across the organization, focusing on data, documentation, and compliance. You will bridge the corporate HSE team, regional units, and digital platforms to ensure standardized, accurate reporting. You’ll manage the HSES document system and consolidate data from multiple geographies to enable global dashboards and insights. You will contribute to audits and regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement through data-driven analysis. This position offers exposure to global HSE governance in a fast-moving renewables environment and opportunities to shape standardized processes.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Technical administration of global HSE platforms (users, roles, configurations, data integrity).• Global standardization of templates, forms, workflows, and DMS documentation.• Data consolidation from multiple regions and preparation of global performance reports (LTIFR, TRIR).• Incident, observation, and action management with global tracking and reporting.• Support for ISO audits and regulatory compliance records across countries.• Global communication and coordination for HSES programs and system updates.Responsabilidades• 1-3 years in HSE roles or corporate systems support.• Experience with global HSE platforms (eGestiona, Ctaima, Dockify, Nalanda, eCordina or equivalents).• Experience in Legal Requirement Control Tools (Red-On-Line, Ecogestor, Enhesa or equivalent).• Technical skills: Advanced Excel, Power BI (preferred), data analysis, and document management systems. xcskxlj • Fluent English; French a plus.Requisitos principales•
