Intracon Marketing Solutions is a global agency that helps B2B companies achieve their goals with creative marketing and sales solutions for large corporations in the technology sector. We are part of Intracon, together with Intracon Consulting. We're looking for an Event Manager to join one of our international projects with a leading technology client. Someone with real agency or consulting experience who can run international corporate events end to end.Dedication : Full-timeA continuación se detalla todo lo que necesita saber sobre lo que implica esta oportunidad, así como lo que se espera de los solicitantes.Project's Lenght : TemporaryFlexible, combining f2f work with teleworkingReporting to our Event Team Lead and Event Director, and working closely with the internal and client teams, some of your main responsibilities will be:Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of assigned events, from planning to execution and post-event evaluationIdentify, evaluate and onboard new (sustainable) suppliers for different event needsCoordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event deliveryOversee event budgets, reporting and performance trackingPrepare key documentation, timelines and operational plans for each eventLead onsite event delivery for a number of events across EMEAPropose innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance event experiencesParticipate in daily coordination with the international Project TeamContribute to weekly planning and alignment meetings with the Events Team3+ years of previous experience in event managementExperience working with project management toolsExcellent communication skills in English and Spanish (oral and written)Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of design tools is a plus)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong planning and organizational skills with attention to detailCreative and innovative mindset to develop engaging event experiencesWillingness to travel internationally to deliver assigned eventsYour experience does not comes from an agency or consulting firm and doing corporate B2B Events. xqziphu A variety of projects with leading technology clients in the B2B market.Flexible hybrid work model (remote + in-office)A well-located, modern office space with natural surroundingsFree language training with native-speaking instructors
