McArthur are looking for reliable, hardworking Cooks to work in our highly resourced Early Childhood Kitchens! Choose your days, hours and location!We offer both short term and long term assignments!The role of an Early Childhood cook involves preparing fresh and nutritional meals for children aged 0-5 years.To be successful in this role, you must have experience in a similar childcare kitchen environment - or in other fields such as Aged Care/Hospital.Responsibilities include (in accordance with the Victorian Food Safety Act):Preparing all meals in a timely mannerCompleting all required documentationEnsuring all dietary requirements are metMaintaining a safe and clean working environmentRequirements include:Experience in a similar role (such as Early Childhood, Aged Care or Hospital settings)Certificate III in Commercial Cooking and/or Diploma in Hospitality/Food Handlers CertificateValid Working with Children Check, Police Check (with 6 months)Valid First Aid and Anaphylaxis Certificates (and/or willing to complete)
