Contract Manager Join to apply for the Contract Manager role at CBRE .Madrid, Comunidad de Madrid, Spain.CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a leading global provider of integrated facilities and workplace solutions, is seeking an exceptional Contract Manager to oversee and elevate the delivery of Soft Facilities Management services across a strategically important client account.This is a highly demanding, commercially complex role requiring advanced financial management, deep operational expertise, resilience under pressure, and the leadership capability to manage multi-country teams across EMEA. The successful candidate will operate as a strategic partner to the client, driving performance, innovation, compliance, and service excellence across all soft-service operations.Key Responsibilities End-to-end commercial contract ownership, including expert interpretation and management of SOWs, KPIs, SLAs, and contract deliverables to ensure full compliance, performance transparency, and proactive risk mitigation.Strong experience in developing, implementing, and governing SOPs to ensure consistent, audit-ready, and compliant operational delivery across all locations.Strategic leadership of all Soft Services:Front of HouseMailroomEventsWorkplace CoordinationCleaningWastePlantingPest ControlExceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client representatives.Proven capability to handle difficult situations, including conflict resolution, sensitive personnel matters, escalations, service failures, and complex operational issues, with composure and sound judgement.Leadership of dispersed teams across EMEA, including direct and indirect management. Ensure high performance, competency, and robust succession planning within all teams and subcontractors.Advanced performance management, including coaching, structured performance plans, capability assessments, and embedding a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Operational governance and risk control, ensuring timely escalation, root-cause analysis, and swift resolution of issues impacting service continuity or client operations.Delivering a 5-star customer experience, ensuring premium service standards, consistency, and service innovation across all touchpoints.Full P&L responsibility, including annual financial planning, margin optimisation, cost control, debt and WIP reduction, accurate forecasting, and identifying new opportunities for account growth.Continuous improvement and innovation, conducting regular reviews of processes, SOPs, and contingency plans to strengthen resilience, efficiency, and service quality.Requirements 5+ years of experience in a Facility Management role or client-facing.Business English is critical (C1/C2).Conversant with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).What We Offer Restaurant card.Language training and access to an e-learning platform.Access to Club CBRE with exclusive discounts on a wide range of products and services.CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) works with clients to make real estate a meaningful contributor to organizational productivity and performance.
