ServiceNow ITOM Specialist – hybrid (2‑3 days per week) in Valencia.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions tailored to business needs.
Configure and manage components such as CMDB, Discovery, MID Server, and integrate external systems.
Participate in requirement gathering, technical solution definition, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments.
Produce technical documentation, perform evolutionary maintenance, and ensure platform operational integrity.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development/implementation, preferably ITOM.
Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, ITOM, ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.
Experience integrating via REST, SOAP, JSON; configuring MID Server and Single Sign-On (SSO).
Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
ServiceNow certification in System Administration, Application Development or Implementation Specialist is a plus.
Fluency in Spanish.
