We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented junior Connectivity Supply Executive, to support our global supply operations This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates beginning their career in hospitality tech, travel supply, or operations.. You will assist in onboarding hotel partners, performing quality checks, and supporting internal teams with connectivity and content tasks. Full training will be provided. Based in Palma or Madrid.
Main Responsibilities
Property (Hotels) Onboarding operational support
Support the mapping of content and ARI (Available Room Inventory).
Perform quality checks on hotel content.
Assist in competitiveness checks and simple analyses.
Help with live validation procedures.
Coordinate with senior colleagues to implement channel manager connections.
Assist in monitoring daily connectivity operations and detecting basic inconsistencies.
Customer Service Supply
Act as the final escalation point for all supply-related issues.
Investigate errors (such as missing content, incorrect mapping, or ARI discrepancies) using internal tools and checklists.
Contribute to improving processes by highlighting repetitive errors or gaps.
Internal Coordination
Assist in coordinating IT support to ensure training at all levels of supply within the company and also to coordinate possible solution implementation.
Support demand connectivity coordination to ensure proper priorities and deliveries into communication with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Languages
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Good Spanish (written and spoken).
Additional languages are an advantage.
Skills
Curious mindset and interest in understanding how systems communicate.
Ability to follow a logical process to identify what is not working.
Comfortable investigating issues step-by-step before escalating.

Experience
Experience within the travel or hotel industry is an asset.
Familiarity with hotel systems, channel managers, or content loading is an advantage.
Experience working with Excel/Word (student projects or internships count).

Hybrid model: 4 days per week in the office to support collaboration and training.
1 day remote per week.
