Job Overview
Ayudante de cocina – The role reports to the Head Chef and supports the assigned cook during the scheduled shift, assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations across the restaurants.
Responsibilities
Support pre‑preparation of food and dish assembly based on each restaurant menu.
Develop and execute cleaning activities in the assigned area.
Assist in ordering and preserving ingredients and kitchen products.
Prepare, cook, and present culinary products.
Review and control kitchen supplies, reporting any incidents.
Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu planning and card development.
Monitor and manage the conservation and utilization of ingredients.
Qualifications
Seeking candidates who embrace individuality and are not clones in suits.
Passion for hospitality, whether it involves drinks, meals, events, or overnight stays.
Desire to positively impact guests, leaving memorable experiences.
Willingness to push boundaries, experiment, and learn.
Team player who enjoys shared experiences and camaraderie.
Prior experience in a similar position, preferably in restaurants.
Basic kitchen operations training.
Food Handler certification.
Enthusiasm for fresh ingredients and bold flavors.
