We are looking for someone to augment team capacity handling small projects, governance tasks, vendors management, continuous improvements, oversee tickets (incidents, maintenance requests and problems) , manage escalations… Solutions in scope are mostly SalesForce based but not only and may evolve in the future (eg: SAP Commerce Cloud, Marketing...) Positioning of the role The role is part of Global Tech Commercial Services team. The team has a frontline role in ensuring the service is delivered , acting as the bridge between markets (Business users: Sales and Advocacy) and the Tech support and stakeholders (L2/L3, Delivery Team, PO, Program Manager etc). Reporting line Candidate will report to Tech Commercial Solutions Service Manager, with dotted line to internal or external stakeholders. Modality/Location Role is mostly remote. Come to the office once a month (Barcelona based) REQUIREMENTS Fluency in English - role is global and team-company-markets is international Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience Demonstrated ability to work with challenging stakeholders and manage expectations ITIL knowledge SalesForce Admin certification would be an advantage Ability to define and build processes
