Through our partnership with the One Ocean Foundation and in connection with our sponsorship of the Denmark SailGP team, we will help raise awareness around ocean health challenges in an effort to accelerate solutions to protect it.At ROCKWOOL we are not just building materials- we are building a better tomorrow.Location: Barcelona (office presence is mandatory if not travelling to customers) – working 1 day per week from home is possible according to the working from home policyYour future team:You report into the Rockpanel Business Unit Director LATIN Europe based in Paris, and you will be a link between Rockpanel (100+ employees) and ROCKWOOL Spain (35+employees).This is your role:As a Commercial and Technical Advisor you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Rockpanel growth in Spain through strong technical and commercial support towards the local operating company. This newly created position, which will be the first Rockpanel position in Spain, is focused on accelerated growth, with an initial emphasis on project opportunities in Barcelona and Madrid area . You will act as a linking pin between Rockpanel and Rockwool Spain, ensuring continuous alignment with stakeholders across sales, technical services, marketing and application & development. By translating local market needs, legislation and stakeholder requirements into fit-for-purpose solutions, you will help optimize specifications and drive project success. Through proactive market engagement, technical expertise and relationship building, you will strengthen Rockpanel position both internally as well mainly with architects, consultants and other key decision makers.Key Responsibilities:Act as the linking pin between the local Rockwool OPCO (Spain) and the Rockpanel organizationSupport Area Sales Managers and Specification Sales Managers in achieving turnover targets through technical advice and optimized specificationsManage and align local technical requirements, legislation and standards with both local ROCKWOOL Spain and Rockpanel technical service and marketingDevelop and deliver in-depth technical presentations and training for customers and internal teamsBuild strong relationships with architects, consultants, authorities and other key stakeholders in the project decision chain, always in collaboration with (sales) colleagues from Rockwool SpainSeek out for opportunities in the OEM segment and manage specifications, in collaboration with colleagues from Rockwool SpainConduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities in façade, high-rise and fire-safe applicationsRepresent Rockpanel within relevant industry networks, associations and trade fairsWhat we are looking for:Strong technical expertise combined with a commercial mindset and the ability to support business growthA higher vocational degree with at least 3 years' experience in the building or façade industryHigh proficiency in CRM systems, with the ability to structure project pipelines, manage stakeholder data and support fact-based sales and specification processesProven ability to work in matrix organizations and manage cross-functional stakeholder alignmentIn-depth understanding of local standards, regulations and project-based sales environmentsFluency in Spanish and English, combined with a proactive, analytical and collaborative attitude and willingness to travel regularly within the local marketWhat we offer:Work in a dynamic and international team where bold ideas meet real impact.
