Youll contribute to innovative projects involving smart warehouses, automation, intelligent logistics technologies, and next-generation fulfillment solutions that move millions of products worldwide every day.About the TeamYoull join the JD Logistics Operations team, where collaboration, ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.As aWarehouse Manager , you will lead all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Warehouse DevelopmentDevelop warehouse strategies aligned with the companys business objectives.Design warehouse operational standards, annual operating plans, and management systems.Plan warehouse layouts and equipment configurations.Drive warehouse standardization, digital transformation, and smart warehouse initiatives to continuously improve operational efficiency.End-to-End Warehouse OperationsOversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, cycle counting, picking, packing, and order fulfillment.Monitor key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, stock turnover, productivity, and service performance.Optimize workflows, warehouse processes, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency while reducing errors and inventory losses.Cost Management & Continuous ImprovementAnalyze warehouse cost structures, including labor, equipment, and facility utilization.Develop and implement cost optimization initiatives without compromising operational quality.Promote process improvements, Lean methodologies, and warehouse automation solutions.Monitor labor productivity and warehouse space utilization to continuously improve operational performance.Leadership, People Management & Risk ControlRecruit, coach, develop, and manage warehouse teams.Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous learning.Build effective organizational structures to support business growth.Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.Manage operational risks, business continuity, emergency situations, and incident response to maintain a safe working environment.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Customer ExcellencePartner closely with Transportation, Commercial, Customer Service, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to optimize end-to-end operations.Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.Gather customer feedback and translate insights into continuous warehouse service improvements.Support business growth by enhancing operational competitiveness and service quality.QualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum5 years of warehouse management experience , including at least2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in Cold chainProven experience managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in Spanishand English , both written and spoken.
